An honour to judge for the IWSC

The three categories were: The Wine Artwork and Bottle Design Awards, The Wine Artwork and Bottle Design Awards, The Spirits Packaging Awards

With over 750 wines and spirits all hoping for the accolade of having won design and/or packaging it was a tough decision to make. However, a few stood out of the crowd. Those who did clearly inserted conceptual brilliance, artful thinking, created something unique which goes past the immediate use of the bottle. The winners had something alluring, interesting, conversation-starters, creative genius, and to me, most importantly; sustainability.

I’m usually that person who walks down the aisle and will take home something that is beautiful either for its label or its packaging. Therefore, being invited to judge for the IWSC design and packaging, and label design was immense fun and I took it very seriously.
